These Terms & Conditions govern your use of i-Fit’s services and website. By engaging our services, requesting a quote, or using our site, you agree to the following terms:

1. About Us

i-Fit is a family-run business providing loft boarding and storage solutions across Winchester, Hampshire, and surrounding areas.

2. Services

We offer loft boarding installations, including raised flooring systems, loft ladders, shelving, lighting, and related accessories. All services are provided subject to an agreed quote and schedule.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • All quotes are free and valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Prices include labour and materials unless otherwise stated.

  • Any changes to the agreed scope of work may result in additional charges, which will be discussed and agreed in writing before proceeding.

4. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed once a date is agreed and any required deposit is received.

  • Payment is due in full upon completion of work, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, debit card, or other methods as advised.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Late cancellations may incur a charge to cover lost time or preparatory costs.

6. Access & Responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for providing safe, clear access to the loft area and any other necessary parts of the property.

  • We may refuse to proceed with installation if we determine the area is unsafe or unsuitable on arrival.

7. Liability

  • All work is carried out with care and attention by our trained and insured installers.

  • i-Fit is not liable for damage caused by existing structural issues, electrical faults, or conditions beyond our control.

  • We are not liable for damage to items stored in the loft after installation unless due to proven negligence.

8. Insurance

i-Fit holds full public liability insurance and employer’s liability insurance to ensure protection for both our team and our customers. Proof of cover can be provided upon request. Our insurance covers accidental damage caused by our team during the course of installation. This does not extend to existing faults or wear and tear present before work begins.

9. Warranty

  • All installations come with a 12-month workmanship guarantee, unless otherwise specified.

  • Manufacturer warranties may apply to materials used — details are available upon request.

10. Website Use

By accessing our website, you agree not to copy, reproduce, or misuse any content, logos, or branding without written permission.
